The tutorial can be found here. Instead of cutting out TONS of little circles, I cut squares. I think it gives a nice textured look and it's a lot quicker, especially if you have a rotary cutter.
My Christmas wreath came in a kit, so it's the perfect amount of craftiness for my otherwise hectic holiday schedule. I even got Jeff to help me with this one.
This wreath is probably my favorite. Those are plastic snakes! Martha Stewart had a tutorial, but it was in the magazine and I cannot find it online :-( It's a grapevine wreath spray-painted black with snakes attached with floral wire. I even skipped the floral wire and just wove mine in. If you actually try to make this (and you should!) hot glue doesn't work. I tried. The hardest part was finding the snakes. No local stores had any, so I resorted to Amazon.com.
I'm trying to think up a fun wreath for Valentines. Any suggestions?
